- The first step you have to do is to switch to metro Start Screen. Then you have to Right-Click on the tile to see advanced option.
- You have to now click on 'Advanced' option and then select 'Open file location' option. This opens up the shortcut of the application in Windows Explorer.
- Now right-click on the shortcut's entry and select 'Properties' to open the Program properties. Now under 'Shortcut' tab, click on 'Change Icon' button and select an icon to replace the default icon.
