How to take screenshots in Windows 8

It’s no surprise, but as of right now the snipping tool is still available in Windows 8, so it’s pretty easy to take screenshots in Windows 8.
As you can see it’s very easy to take screenshots. You can still use tools like Fraps on Windows 8 or Camtasia Studio to take shots. All Windows 7 programs run properly on Windows 8.
Taking Screenshots With The Snipping Tool
1. Restore the old Start menu in Windows 8
2. Enter snipping in to the search bar
3. Click on the snipping tool executable

4. You can now take a screenshot in Windows 8 using the snipping tool:
