What is the New Commends in Home tab what do they do and How to use it?

• Copy: – Copy your files and folder with only one click No need to keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C or right click and copy the file and folder
• Paste: – after copying the file or a folder paste it in a signal click now need to use keyboard shortcutCtrl+V or Right click Paste
• Cut: – Cut the file or folder with one click No need to use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+X or right click and Cut the file or folder
• Copy Path: – Copies the path of the folder, for example here I have selected windows folder and clicked on Copy Path the copied path is “C:\Windows” I use this command very rarely this command is not much used I don’t know why Microsoft included this command in Explorer
• Past Shortcut: – After copying the file or folder if you run a past command the duplicate copy will be copied to your destine folder where you executed copy command, if you execute Past Shortcut it’ll not copy the content it’ll just past to path of the content with shortcut icon, same as like your programs on your desktop all the programs will be installed in program files the shortcut to the program will be pasted in Desktop or in Start Menu
• Move To: – This command will work like Cut and Past, you can move the files and folders to most recent folders or you can choose the destine folder to move the content
• Copy To: – This command will work like Copy Past, you can copy the content to most recent folders or you can choose the destine folder to copy your files or folder
• Delete: – Delete command will move the content to recycle bin and Permanent Delete is just like shift delete it will be deleted permanently use this command carefully if you have deleted it than you should use recovery software to recover the deleted files, Show Recycle Confirmation if this open is checked you’ll be prompted whenever you delete the file or a folder
• Rename: – This command will rename the file or folder

• New Folder: – This command will create a new folder
• New Item: – By using this command you can create folder, documents, shortcuts

What is the New Commends in Share tab what do they do and How to use it?

• Email: – This command will attach a file to new mail, if you’re using outlook or any other mail client
• Zip: – you can compress the file or a folder
• Burn to Disk:-You can burn files or folder to disk this comment will work just like right click sent toDVR RW Drive
• Print: – By just selecting any document you can run a print commend no need to open document
• Fax: – If your system is connected and configured with the FAX you can send any document through the fax using this command.
• Home Group (View):- This command will set sharing permission to Read only
• Home Group (View and Edit):- This command will set sharing permission to Read and Write

• UpdatusUser: – don’t worry about this user account you may don’t find this user in your system, UpdatusUser user is created by NVIDIA driver for software update

• Specific People: – You can add the specified User to access the folder
• Stop Sharing: – This command will stop sharing the folder.

• Advanced Security: – This command will open toe security properties of the folder

What are the additional Commands added in View Tab when you open a folder, what do they do and How to Use it?

• Image File Names: – Shows or hide the file names form the image file
• File name extensions: – Check box to unhide the file extension
• Hidden Items: – Check box to Show the hidden files and folders
• Hide selected Items: – Hide or unhide the file or a folder in just one click
